The I7-10700 RX 1060 PC isn't functioning properly after adding a NZXT water cooler.
You're experiencing issues with your I7 10700 and RTX 2060 setup after adding a water cooler. This could be due to compatibility problems or incorrect settings. Double-check the cooler's specifications and ensure they match your motherboard. Verify BIOS updates and try resetting the system if needed.
I don’t have the complete system details, but here’s what you have:
- Intel i7 10700 RTP
- Hyper X Fury graphics card
- DDR4 16GB RAM
- NXT C750 power supply
- NXT Kraken 120 water cooler
- Windows 10 with 1TB HDD
- 500GB NVMe SSD
Everything is set up for performance and storage.
Shut down the system and attempt to reinsert RAM, GPU, and all connections, observe if the issue continues. Also, noticed a piece of protective film accumulating on the expansion slot cover of my RTX3060ti, sticking inside the slot cage wall, which is holding the card in place and gradually lifting it upward at the nose, loosening the latch. Check for similar signs. Edited June 21, 2022 by An0maly_76 Updated with additional details
