If you're experiencing issues with your i5 7600k, should you invest in a better cooler? (watercooler)
I'm using a Z270x from Gigabyte with the i5 7600k and Be Quiet! Pure Rock cooler. It's working well but struggles to maintain the 4.6Ghz OC at 1.3V, with temperatures rising to 80-90°C. The cooler is properly installed, and I've tried all settings—XMP, LLC off, high, manual, auto—but nothing improves the overclock results.
Would buying a watercooler help, or is it just a waste of money?

Something else is wrong, i run my 6700k 4.7GHZ at 1.300v using 212 evo which is not better than your cooler under 80C.
Also your voltage is a bit too high for 4.6, are u sure you cant make voltage lower and remain stable?

Something else is off, I'm running my 6700k 4.7GHZ at 1.300v with 212 evo, which isn't better than your cooler under 80C. Also, your voltage seems a bit too high for 4.6—are you sure you can lower it without losing stability? I can't say the only reason I get it stable is because I increased the voltage :/
