I want to increase the overclock of an i5-4690k with a Corsair H75 water cooler. My mainboard is an ASRock H97 Anniversary ATX LGA115. What is the maximum stable clock speed I can achieve?

My motherboard is an ASRock H97 Anniversary ATX LGA115.
What's the maximum stable speed you can achieve?
You can't overclock your existing board, only Z87/Z97 chipsets support "K" series CPUs.
If you get a Z series board, expect at least 4.4Ghz with a good cooler.

My motherboard is an ASRock H97 Anniversary ATX LGA115.
What’s the maximum stable clock speed I could achieve?
There’s no definite answer here. The best possible and average overclocks depend mainly on the CPU’s silicon quality and the motherboard’s performance relative to others in the same model. Also, if you plan to overclock, consider using a Z97 chipset—the H97 wasn’t designed for this purpose. Since we can’t give exact numbers without knowing your specific components, you might get better temperatures and higher overclocks with an AIO or custom water loop than with standard air coolers. Just keep in mind that top-end air coolers usually match most AIO options in performance. Sorry, there’s not much more to add.

You can’t overclock your existing board, only Z87/Z97 chipsets are suited for "K" series CPUs.
If you manage a Z series board, expect at least 4.4Ghz with a good cooler.
