I'm just starting out with overclocking and unsure what to focus on. I managed to reach 4.5 GHz and run Prime 95 for an hour without any issues, only needing a slight increase of +0.012 volts for turbo. I prefer not to push the CPU too much because my cooling isn't top-notch. Are these temperatures and voltages typical?

My configuration:
- Intel Core i5 3570K
- Hyper 212 Evo processor
- Noctua NT-H1 cooling paste
- Overclock settings: 4.5 GHz, offset 0.005v, turbo 0.012v

Results:
CPU-Z Core Voltage: 1.224
Idle Temperature: 30°C
Prime 95 Maximum Load Temp: 74°C
