Purchased this build for some time now; it's not the best, but it works. I have an i5 12400 rtx 3070 with 16GB RAM, 8X2 at 3200MHz, and I'm running the game on an SSD. I'm experiencing high CPU usage at 100% during gameplay, but benchmarking in Rivatuner from MSI shows around 70-75% or 80%. The HWIinfo data seems quite similar to MSI's. Is this Windows issue misrepresenting things, or am I missing something?

They aren't the same, so direct comparison isn't valid. The other tools you're using are accurately tracking CPU Usage. The CPU Usage information is crucial, while the CPU Utilization data isn't.
