I purchased a new HyperX PulseFire Core from a friend. After installing it, my PC started up and booted into Windows, then shut down. In Device Manager, the USB port displayed a yellow triangle warning. My friend took it to his place, and it functioned properly. For reference, if you need PC specifications, I have a Gigabyte Mobo Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX RX6800 Kingston NV2 1TB SSD and a 15GB RAM Lexar PowerPC. The CPU is a Ryzen 5 7600 Mobo, and the motherboard supports up to 850°C thermal performance. I think that's all. My friend also offered me his old mouse—technically the same model, but not exactly a mouse person.

Consider using another USB port first. Next, verify if there’s a helpful error code in Device Manager, or examine the Event Viewer for any reported errors. Finally, attempt to install HyperX control software.

So ye. Error code 39 in device manager. And my friend installed the firmware for it. I'm gonna get it back today
