Received a customer email from a trusted military client. Updated pricing in Excel 365 and saved. Excel warned about compatibility issues with the original file format. After saving again, a save attempt failed. Tried exporting as .xlsx but PC crashed with BSOD. Restarted and found Bluetooth mouse disconnected; power button missing from Bluetooth devices. Restarted PC but no Wi-Fi available. Currently unable to use laptop without docking or using the MS Precision mouse. No solution found yet.

It seems the equipment might be outdated or the connection isn't working properly. If you can access the device and the WiFi/BT adapter is on a separate card, you could attempt to remove and reinsert it.

It's even more secure than Fort Knox. Really disappointing. This laptop has been great—reliable and enjoyable—for two years. I'm not sure what caused the damage. It looks like a minor software issue or something more serious like a malware attack.
