I recently installed a 4K HDR TV on my ISE system with a Windows 10 PC. The built-in settings for HDR and advanced colors cause everything to appear washed out and difficult to view. All drivers are current, but I’m unsure how to fix the issue.

The source must back HDR too; I think Linus mentioned this issue before when using the desktop but not in games that had HDR support.

However, the issue I don’t care about her being present constantly is how it appears when she’s on—it looks terrible, and that’s what bothers me.

I resolved the problem myself using a Sony KD-65A1 and GTX970. I opened the Nvidia Control Panel and adjusted the Desktop Colour settings. Initially, setting the Hue to 0 made a noticeable change. Then I explored the Use Nvidia settings, testing different images on a split desktop and fine-tuning the sliders until it suited me. It seems to work well now—hope this helps!
