The heavens are collapsing, even after I forced my GPU to default. GTX970
I was performing some overclocking on my Gigabyte 970. At a core clock of 150 and a mem or 250 everything was working well. It was causing issues in the high 60s. I increased the fan power and raised the core clock to 170 and the mem to 280. After that, I restarted Heaven and everything functioned properly. When I ran a benchmark, the software began to flicker and then crash. In response, I reduced the overclock slightly and retried. That time it flickered during startup and crashed before reaching the loading screen. I then returned to the original settings (150/250) and it worked smoothly for more than an hour. The same problem occurred with flickers and crashes before loading. So I completely reset everything. When I tried launching again, the issue persisted. Anyone have any ideas about what might be happening?
Initially, you must completely eliminate all previous drivers. Visit this link: http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/.
Please choose the specific company drivers (such as Nvidia or ATI) to uninstall. Apply the clean and restart option, then reinstall the new drivers after rebooting.
