Hi all,
This might not be the right spot for this query, but I'm new here – sorry in advance.
I recently assembled my first PC:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900x
GPU: Nvidia GTX 3070
Memory: MSI x570 gaming plus
Boot Drive: 500gb Samsung SSD
Storage Drive: 2tb Barracuda HDD
extra fans, yada yada.
Right now I'm facing a couple of problems:
Streaming and playing Call of Duty: Warzone gives me only 100-110fps
Editing clips with Adobe Premiere is more challenging than my old i5 8600 and RTX 470
I've already overclocked the CPU and unlocked the RAM.
Could these issues be due to something I'm not doing right? Cards/pcs older than mine are outperforming me.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

What is your PSU brand and model?
What game resolution are you using?
How much space is available on the OS drive?
What amount of RAM do you have?

Run the benchmark at https://www.userbenchmark.com/ and check the results. Note your temperatures, including CPU and GPU during idle and load conditions. Confirm if you're using the stock cooler for the 3900X.

Hey, I have a build similar to yours.
Rzyen 9 3900x
ibuypower 240mm liquid cooling
ddr43200 adata xpg
Gigabyte x570 gaming x
650 watt high power 80 plus gold
I play at 1440p and get about 80-110 on average. My friend 1 has a Ryzen 7 5800x with a 3070 dual fan that's overclocked, he averages 120-130 as well. He also plays at 1440p.
Anyone found a solution or issue with our builds?
