If the card is covered by a warranty, the simplest option is to bring it in for repair. Your card seems to have problems either with the VRAMs or another component, meaning you might need to replace faulty gddr6 modules.

The card has no box or paper, but the warranty stickers remain inside. I plan to take it to a nearby shop.

@Levent The sub vendor in GPU-Z mentions "colorful," so I'll contact their support using your grandhics card serial number and check for a valid warranty.
