The GTA V Rockstar update service is not accessible.
I attempt to launch GTA V but it fails with the message: error – Rockstar update service unavailable (code 12). Suggest trying again later or checking the GTA Online status page for updates and outages. I’ve reset my router, added a DxDiag file, but I’m still unsure what to do next.
