Already attempted. Also tried resetting the mission, the game, strafing left and right... really frustrating.

You're checking online for similar issues, but it seems like you might be asking if you've purchased the correct item.

I’m pretty sure. If I encounter the same issue tomorrow, I’ll submit a support ticket to rockstar. The menus and UI are a bit off, especially with the portrait NV surround setup—maybe it’s not officially supported.

I discovered another user facing the same problem and they mentioned it's related to NVidia surround causing the issue. Now I need to adjust my playstyle... Check out the forum thread here: http://gtaforums.com/topic/785528-stuck-on-nervous-ron/ I'm attempting it after class tomorrow.

I'm facing the same problem. Every task needing you to check something fails. I tried the paparazzi mission where you film the chick getting into the pooper, but it doesn't work. I'm using NVidia surround, but because my frame rate is low on triple screen with full settings, I set the resolution to 1920x1080p and both monitors shut down. The phone gets squished unless I'm in first person, even when I used triple screen. It's frustrating to constantly adjust settings because of the setup. Have anyone found a solution to this?

I explored further and discovered a fix on Reddit that helps. I simply transferred the information from there. I’m facing the same problem as well... Have you tried resolving it before? It might be connected to the recent update. Edit: I actually resolved it—I think it’s about the thin phone setting. Changing the display mode to windowed borderless and then everything functions properly. This issue appeared with the latest release.
