Only on the internet, when I enter my apartment, parts of the map aren't fully loaded and when I leave, people begin to fall. Could you assist or confirm if I'm experiencing the same issue?

This can occur with me, though I don't fall through the floor. It might be due to hardware limitations, such as the PC struggling to load textures and process physics quickly. Reducing the settings could potentially resolve the issue.
