I understand there was no clear solution found, and some discussions got off track with unrelated opinions. I intend to purchase GTA 3 on Steam because the retail copy won’t function properly on Windows 10. I also plan to apply certain Cleo mods, including a gun mod and an autosave mod. Will the Steam version work, or will I need to use a modified 1.1 or 1.0 .exe from my original retail install to make it compatible?
