I've been observing some unusual stuttering in games lately, so I tried to check if Gsync was functioning correctly. The results show the refresh rate (the number in the top-left box) doesn't drop as expected to match the FPS. Even when I set it to 50 fps, the refresh rate stays around 100. Is this the normal behavior?
