Hi everyone,

The issue is that my screen appears as if the graphics card is damaged when I turn on secure boot or ultra fast boot. Disabling CSM causes the same problem: vertical stripes across the screen and a blue square in the center. My hard drive is GPT.

I'm using Windows 11.
Specifications:
Boot Drive: crucial bx 500 SSD
Graphics card: RX 580 2048 SP
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2 x 8 GB DDR4 3200 MHz
PSU: Sharkoon SHP 600 W 80+ Bronze
Mainboard: ASRock B450M-HDV R4.0 (AM4)
Latest drivers from AMD and Windows 11 are up to date. Booting is slow lately, BIOS is current but performance has been decreasing. I'm concerned.

BIOS is current.
What BIOS version applies to your motherboard?
Power Supply: Sharkoon 500 W 80+ Bronze
Sharkoon is the manufacturer, 500W indicates the claimed power output, and Bronze reflects the unit's advertised 80+ efficiency. Is your PSU model specific? How recent is your PSU?

The power supply is almost brand new. The model is Sharkoon SHP Bronze 600W (I mixed up the 500 and 600 watt numbers, will fix my first post). I purchased it in March this year.
I’m not sure if it’s the correct PSU, but I can’t identify it yet.
BIOS version is 10.01, downloaded directly from ASRock.
P.S. I added details to my first post about disabling CSM which caused the same issue and mentioned the PSU name.

What BIOS version did you install?
Your CPU is a Ryzen 5 2600 - Pinnacle Ridge.
The most suitable BIOS version for this model is 3.10.
Versions 3.20 to 10.01 are not advised for Pinnacle Ridge.

I understand. I purchased the Mainboard Second Hand on eBay. The BIOS was fairly recent, though I can't recall the exact version. It seemed to be another less recommended one, possibly around 4.x. Returning to an earlier version isn't feasible, at least from what I know.
