Hi, I'm facing an issue with my monitors shutting down unexpectedly after playing a game (OW2). It happens even though other games don’t cause the same problem. The monitors disconnect abruptly while the PC continues running. In Device Manager, the GPU (Powercooler rx6650) is listed as disabled. Temperatures were normal before the issue started. I've reinstalled drivers but it still doesn't work. My system specs are: Windows 10 Home, AMD Ryzen 7 5700X, Powercooler rx 6650, Asus ROG Strix B550 -F Gaming, 32GB RAM, Kolink 700W 80plus gold. Thanks for any assistance and feel free to share more details if needed.

Verify the 6 or 8 pin connector is securely attached on the GPU. Consider re-seating the GPU to ensure proper connection. Regarding driver installation, do you mean removing the existing drivers completely and then reinstalling them from the basics?

I removed and restored the earlier drivers, inspected the pin connectors, and tested with a different GPU which functioned perfectly. I also submitted the GPU for technical review, but no problems were identified.

No, I didn't use DDU for cleaning drivers.

I confirmed the issue after replacing the GPU. I’ve observed increased power consumption on the 8-pin connector. The seller claims the fault originated from the PSU. Appreciate your help!
