I'm attempting to turn on Secure Boot on my PC, but after turning off CSM I encounter a black screen during BIOS boot. Since my OS is set to UEFI, the old BIOS isn't the problem. I need to disable CSM so that Secure Boot can work for some apps in Windows 11. I've already reset the CMOS and replaced the battery, but when I try again to turn off CSM, the same issue keeps happening. Do you know what steps I can take without completely wiping and reinstalling Windows?

I'm using hdmi, so the advice from this thread won't help.
1st, regarding windows in UEFI. I'm not sure because the shop where I built my PC preinstalled it for me.
2nd, about disks in GPT. How can I check it? When I try to use mbr2gpt, it says I should use Windows PE.
P.S., sorry for the poor English, I really don't understand it.
