About a week back I overshot my 1650 overclocking and the system crashed right away. Now it doesn’t function properly. Occasionally it runs smoothly until I launch a game, then it freezes or fails to detect my GPU. I need to remove and reinstall the driver for it to work, but it keeps acting weird after I restart or power off the PC.

I'm using a specific component to boost performance. Did you reset it to its original settings?

Yes, MSI Afterburner runs automatically at startup and re-applies certain configurations each time. Other programs likely work similarly, though you may not be certain.
