It's actually quite manageable depending on how your cables are organized. Typically, there are just four screws in the back, and you can easily unwind all the wires with them. This setup supports a PCIe CPU with 24 pins and standard SATA connections.

You could keep the SF600 in one machine while using the AX650 with your graphics card nearby, connecting the PSU to both and turning everything on together. If the GPU functions properly and the fans start up, it suggests the issue lies with the SF600's power output.

They're functioning properly. I assumed the issue was with the 4070 getting insufficient power. I provided it with maximum power from the large supply, but the outcome remained the same.
