Hey there, I'm a bit confused about this now. I've tried everything I can and still can't figure it out when trying to share screen with Discord—it causes overall system slowdown. I've checked the usual things like drivers and looked at Task Manager, but nothing stands out except that video encoding is getting really intense. The system info shows: OS x64 Windows 11 24H2, CPU AMD 5600X, GPU EVGA RTX3060+, and the latest drivers are installed.

Sure, I can help with that. Let me know what you'd like to adjust.

Video encoding causes your graphics card to struggle with the demands of Discord. Unless you upgrade your card, consider reducing your resolution—720p works better. Adjust Discord settings and experiment with different codecs like h264 or nvenc to find what functions best for you. Good luck!

You might find a more affordable used card available if your system has space, perfect for encoding content for streaming or sharing.

It wasn't a problem until recently, about a few weeks back I kept sharing screenshots and still didn't understand what triggered it.
