It's unusual to see smudged graphics and text on PopOS compared to Windows. Are you experiencing this yourself, or is it something others have noticed?
I haven't tried PopOS yet, but it might be related to how text is displayed at a very fine level. Check the graphics options—subpixel rendering could affect clarity. It shouldn't normally interfere with visuals.
It might be due to an incorrect mode setting combined with chroma subsampling for the screen.
What is the screen's resolution? It might be a scaling problem if you're using it. As mentioned before, it could mean you're not on chroma 4:4:4. You can confirm by checking the image at this link: And make sure the last two lines are clear (blue on red, and red on blue). If not, open nvidia-settings, go to your display, and set the color range to "Full".
