I own a 5700XT Gigabyte Aorus Rev 1.0. When I power it on, the fan spins at full speed right away and the system fails to boot. It seems stuck in maximum fan mode while the GPU indicator shows VGA mode. Anyone facing this issue? The attached files reference similar problems.
