PC turns black after startup with video debug LEDs on. Custom build includes RTX 3060, MSI MPG B550, 16GB DDR4 RAM (prebuilt), thermal solution for 600W, 9 fans on one hub, AMD Ryzen 7 3600X, and a THERMALRIGHT AIO 360. Powering it on works fine; screen appears but may crash or reboot completely if Windows fails. Previous 3060 still behaves similarly.

this doesn't seem to be related to a GPU problem.
these signs resemble the whole system failing unexpectedly, not just the display freezing.
what specific device are you referring to?

Its a power plus 80 plus 600W is the only info i got. I got into bios and reset cmos and didn't change anythimng, im swapping from intel and rtx2060 to amd and a 3060. which could mess up my drivers so I dont know I think its a PSU problem
