I placed the rx580 a few days ago and have been checking for issues. The drivers are installed correctly, and no errors appear in Device Manager. There seems to be a problem with one HDMI port having a damaged pin. I’ve tried using the other port but still nothing works. I’m considering returning it if possible, but what should I do if that’s not an option? I’m wondering if a single HDMI port with a broken pin would affect the other.

Cut to the chase—don’t waste your time. The card must support basic display features without Radeon drivers, or it’s a total loss.
