I’ll check if the problem isn’t related to the operating system or PCIe by stripping away any storage components and testing access to the UEFI without it using either card. I’m encountering difficulty seeing the splash screen with my RTX 4090, but I can reach the UEFI after a delay.

It seems there might be a problem with the power supply unit. All components were sent individually because I left the case open. The cables are 6+2 pins, but I attempted them with the 1060 Ti which only needs a 6-pin connector. I’ll attempt to reinsert them, switch the port on the PSU, and use different cables next time.

Confirm your power connections to the cards. Consider whether any recent adjustments might have affected contact.

I verified everything was properly positioned. Port on the power supply was reversed, cables were updated. No video display or GPU detection occurred during remote access. PSU remains a possibility yet.

I've already attempted that too. Still nothing. My graphics card starts up slowly, so I give it some time before giving up. It has a debug screen which helps me track progress and check for any issues.

Successfully shared the update for 4080. Reviewed every PCIe power cable and found three compatible ones.
