Sapphire 7900 XTX 7800X3D with 32GB RAM was functioning well for a long time. I started using EXPO and CPU Game Mode, but the GPU disappeared or failed to start. It worked before, but now drivers crash and the fans stop spinning. It doesn’t show up in Device Manager even with hidden items visible. HELP PLEASE!! I reinstalled AMD Adrenaline and rebooted several times, turning off EXPO and Game Mode.

They confirmed the issue persists despite attempts, and the manufacturer claims the fans won't even rotate.
