I recently assembled my new setup and still face performance issues. FPS drops to around 20 in RDR2, 1440p Ultra at 20fps, 40-50fps in Watchdogs 2 on 1440p, and 30fps during Teardown with high settings. I've updated drivers, adjusted configurations, even reinstalled Windows but nothing improves. My hardware specs are: RTX 3090Ti GPU, 13th gen Intel i5 13600k, Mobo ASUS Tuf Z790 Plus, Wi-Fi D4 RAM, 32GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance, PSU Corsair RM1000, storage options including Samsung drives and a NZXT H510.

On a desktop setup with the CPU at 35-40 and GPU around 45-50, the CPU usage drops to 30 while the GPU stays at 35.

Did you connect your monitor to the motherboard? If so, make sure it's set up for your 3090 Ti.

Reviewed your system settings via hwinfo. Memory is operating in dual-channel mode with accurate clock values. GPU PCIe speed matches specifications. BIOS is up to date.
