I only have the two fans at the bottom that came with the case—the Flow FA12 static pressure fans. I think I installed a pull configuration for my CPU fans to direct air across the GPU. Here’s the link to the setup I followed. This is my first build in a while, so your advice is welcome. What kind of intake fans would you recommend for this setup? Will the suprim X fit with a standard mount? I’ll have to test it. Thank you! Also, I only have the two Flow FA12 units in the bottom, which I assume are static pressure fans like the one in the back. What intake options should I consider for the area marked? Edit: I also left the three pre-installed fans in the Hyte Y60 as they came, so the bottom should be pulling air effectively.

You have ample room for a standard mount when there are no extra PCIe cards. When inspecting the card, verify that the heatsink is attached to the IO bracket. If not, it may lead to twisting and cracking of the card when mounted flat. This issue is particularly noticeable on the Gigabyte 3080/90 models at the moment. It’s likely that 4080/90 cards will also encounter this problem, as cracks tend to form around the PCIe latch point over time. Regarding intake fans, they are a noticeable feature—either you prefer them to blend in or add some decorative element. The Noctua nf-s12 appears to be a good choice for concealment, and a cooler like the Master MF120 would suit RGB setups well.

Considering the fans, I plan to keep the GPU upright temporarily and eliminate the side panel. The instructions on the Hite Y60 site confirm this change, which should preserve airflow without affecting appearance. I’m still receiving intake fans that may eventually let me reinstall the panel later. "Cut out the glass panels for a fully open design that maintains its look," it advises.
