Hello everyone, I just purchased Death Stranding. From a few forums I’ve checked, I expected around 130 fps at 1080p with high settings, but I’m only managing about 72. Here’s what my system looks like:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
- GPU: kfa2 Nvidia RTX 2070 (Super)
- SSD: Sandisk 1TB
- RAM: 32GB, 2x16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB (3200mZRGB @2933)
- Motherboard: Aorus Gaming X470 ULTRA GAMING (latest BIOS)
- PSU: Corsair TX750M
Any thoughts on what this might be? I’ve updated the drivers and checked power settings. The card seems to run smoothly with Superposition Unigine. Thanks!
You're currently using Windows 10, and it looks like you've already tried removing and reinstalling your graphics drivers. The problem seems to appear when running other applications, and you're likely running a BIOS version that supports up to 3200MHz with the latest AGESA updates.
I'm using Windows 10 Pro, version 10.0.18362. Recently, I updated the BIOS, but now it displays version f2, which is the original release. I’m not sure if this automatically reverted earlier—could be possible on my system. I’m considering reinstalling the latest BIOS later to see if that fixes things. Regarding drivers, I should probably uninstall them from Device Manager rather than just removing them manually.
