System info: it's a prebuilt pc i got from a electronics store ( LENOVO LEGION T530 (AMD) i think.) (yes, i know prebuilts are bad, got it a couple years ago), so i don't know all the specs OS: Windows 10 64bit CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3400G with Radeon Vega Graphics GPU: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1650 PSU: don't know what PSU exactly, internet tells me its either 350, 450 or 500W. 8GB RAM 2666 MHz DDR4 UDIMM Motherboard is also a mystery Storage: 512GB SSD My GPU fan spins at startup but then stops spinning unless pushed upward ~1 or 2 mm. Screws are properly fastened. Single fan GPU. No separate PSU power connector. (draws power from PCIe slot) When pushed up fan seems to work fine, bearing also seems fine. Pulled fan off motor(came off easily). There was a spring inside, is it supposed to be connected to something?. Plastic part of fan is fine. MSI Afterburner shows a constant 50% fan speed when set to auto, which wasn't a thing before.(not even originally when the problem came to be) I have never overclocked it. All other fans on the computer work fine. Is this repairable at home or do i need to send fan/GPU to repair shop, or buy replacement fan online or something else entirely?

It's suggested to get a new fan.
