The issue might be related to GPU compatibility or driver settings. Even though the PSU is sufficient, other GPUs may not be properly recognized due to driver conflicts or hardware mismatches.

Needs the software to function, can't use it without it.
Software requires drivers, drivers need software.

I own additional GPUs, but AMD restricts me from downloading drivers without an RX 580. An IGPU might be an option, though spending around $150 on a CPU or a new motherboard could seem unnecessary.

Avoid installing them prior to inserting the card, simply remove them and attempt to boot using standard Windows drivers, after which reinstall them.

Do you have any board lights or error logs when the system fails to start? Resetting the CMOS might help.

Explain the situation clearly—everything functions normally but there’s no visual output. After reinstalling and verifying the power cables, ensure the GPU is placed in the second PCIe slot if applicable.
