Hi, I just began experimenting with overclocking my GTX 1060 6GB for better FPS in Overwatch. I'm using MSI Afterburner and the boost appears to be stable, but it keeps dropping back down to around 1569MHz from 2100. My temperatures are low and my CPU is an R7 2700. I've increased power limit max, temperature limit max, and set core clock +168 with memory clock +600 without any artifacts or crashes. This is only my second day of overclocking, so I'm hoping it will work. None of my friends understand what's happening, so this is my last option.

My power supply link is here:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00K85...UTF8&psc=1
Your thermal readings are between 48 to 60, which doesn't exceed 65, so some GPUs may begin to throttle.
