I recently purchased a Gigabyte gtx 1050 ti OC Windforce with these details:
Core Clock
Boost: 1468 MHz/ Base: 1354 MHz in OC Mode
Boost: 1442 MHz/ Base: 1328 MHz in Gaming
I use MSI afterburner with a custom fan curve and nothing else, no OC. I’ve observed that the core clock while playing is 1700+ with a maximum of 1797 MHz.
I checked with GPU z and it matches, consistently around 1700+ MHz during play.
I know the specs are often lower and that the GPU is overclocked from the factory, but in most cases I’ve read they were around 100 MHz above specs, which is more than 300 MHz for me.
Are these figures accurate? Should I be concerned? The temperatures remain within a comfortable range at 54ºC.

I wouldn't be concerned unless there are overheating problems; the higher the better. Many of these 10 series non-reference cards are performing much better than advertised specs, so don't worry—just enjoy it!
