I want to boost my GT740M in my old laptop without much concern, and I've already adjusted the memory clock successfully.
But the GPU speed won't rise even after increasing the offset. This makes me feel like I'm missing out on performance.
I've used Nvidia Inspector and Precision X so far, but the results are the same. My OS is Windows 10.
Could you help me find a solution? Please let me know if you need more details.

Sure, just to clarify, raising the voltage will likely not help.
