Someone else is experiencing trouble with the form not showing up on the Boots flu jab site from above. It functions correctly in Edge, but issues persist when using Chrome in Incognito mode. You're likely correct that disabling extensions might be causing conflicts.

I just attempted to load it in Chrome by myself and it showed a page can't be found error. Also, when I used Brave—which runs on Chromium—it worked without issues.

Thanks, it appears to be a Chrome-specific problem since it functions correctly in Edge, which is built on Chromium. Cheers.

I restarted Chrome last night assuming it was my profile and had to reconfigure everything. Still happy it’s the form not showing correctly in Chrome instead of my browser. Thanks for the comment.
