I attempted to download crystaldiskinfo using a link on here, but I mistakenly downloaded "Get Fast". After uninstalling it, my default Google page was altered. When I opened a search in the address bar, it automatically redirected to Yahoo Search. Before Yahoo appeared, another address showed up (my first screenshot). I tried setting Google as the default search engine, but it didn't resolve the issue. I also reset and reinstalled Google Chrome without success.

Are you planning to run an offline scan with Windows Defender?

Used the Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool (MSRT) and confirmed no threats were found. Uncertain about next steps.

I revised my initial update to include the new address "myhoroscoepro".
PROBLEM RESOLVED: The issue was fixed by deleting Google Chrome extensions and removing site search and shortcuts in Google Chrome.
