You're experiencing an issue where Chrome only opens once, then becomes unresponsive until you force a restart of the computer. This can happen due to browser settings or system conflicts. Try clearing your browser cache, disabling extensions, or checking for updates. If the problem persists, consider reinstalling Chrome or consulting Microsoft Support.

Remove Chrome and restore the newest update. That should resolve the issue.

Close the task manager and check if chrome.exe is still active. If present, stop it forcefully and restart it. Inside Chrome, press Shift+Esc to open the task manager and verify any unnecessary processes. If none are running, try launching Chrome in safe mode by pressing Win+R and typing chrome.exe --disable-extensions (use the full path if needed) to see if that resolves the issue.
