Hello, this morning my girlfriend tried to boot her PC but it keeps suddenly going to MSI click bios, I searched for the issues and tried changing the boot mode from UEFI to CSM, but that option is greyed out. Then I attempted to disable secure boot first, but that didn't work either. Here are some of the settings that show up. What is going on and what can I do to get the PC to boot to Windows again?

There might be any sounds or notifications before it starts up to the BIOS (possibly the CMOS battery is dead). Make sure no other drives are connected to the laptop. The boot drive/SSD could be faulty. If you have an OS installation or recovery USB, try starting from it. Otherwise, create one.

The SSD isn't showing up, likely it's not working. Swap in a fresh SSD and reinstall Windows.
