Enable the Advanced 4G decoding feature; otherwise, the RESIZE-BAR will not show, and a GPU capable of handling it is required.

I'm working with the newest BIOS version via F10, but I'm not seeing options for resizable BAR or 4G decoding. Do you also have the F10 BIOS active, and does it support those features?
