You're experiencing an issue where the smart fan curve only functions within the UEFI settings, not when booting into Windows. The AIO fans are running loudly even at low CPU temperatures (50-60°C), and under stress testing they reach 75°C despite being set to a cooler curve. Adjusting fans via PWM or voltage hasn't resolved the problem.

They are linked using either a 3-pin or 4-pin connector. Connecting those three 120mm fans was done precisely, but it seems the pump has its own wiring. The BIOS display indicates no fan or zero speed for the CPU fan, which makes me wonder if none of them are actually connected.

Hey there, glad you got the info. The 3x 120mm Rad fans are 4-pin and routed through a fan hub that came with the rads, then connected to the CPU header on the main board. When voltage mode is selected in Smart Fan, it displays 0RPM in the UEFI. The image below shows the fans' RPM during control mode PWM. The pump is plugged directly into the CPU_OPT header, and its curve hasn’t changed much. Usually it runs around 2500RPM (see picture too). Thanks again for your support!

It seems we need to determine if the fanhub correctly sends the PWM signal to all connected fans. I don’t have enough information about those components to give a precise answer. If the wiring is sufficient, you might connect each fan directly to the motherboard’s fan connectors. For models similar to the X470, there should be ample options available.

They likely activate cooling when the CPU drops below 50°C, around 400rpm. Fan speed increases in Windows only if temperature exceeds that threshold, even with different fan curves in UEFI. Under heavy load it reaches 70°C, which is quite low for this chipset. It might be worth reaching out to Gigabyte. Others are experiencing the same issue with the 5900x as well.
