Your 9900k's IMC isn't responding well to odd tCWL values. Consider using 14 or 16 instead. Your tRDWR_xx settings seem very precise—maybe relax them slightly? Keep tWR and tRTP on auto since they don’t significantly affect performance. Are you relying on tRDWR_sg/dg for tWTR_L/S adjustments? As a note, it appears you have a single rank single-dimension per channel configuration, so you can safely set all "_dr" and "_dd" timings to 1—they won't apply to your setup. You can disregard those fields. If I were you, I'd enable everything except primaries first to quickly identify issues, then tweak systematically until the problem reappears.

Also, try adjusting your DRAM ratio to 100:133—it worked for me recently, so it might be worth a try.

I used an even number setting for the 15CL timing. I tested both options mentioned in the Integral. It discusses this in the section on the Integral. I’m considering adjusting the TRDWR timings while leaving the rest to auto. I don’t think I’m missing anything, since it’s been posted several times already and I ran Karhu and TestMem5. The configuration appears quite stable.

You might have actually succeeded. It was posted after I followed your instructions. I was really giving up and ordered a new motherboard. I’m using an MSI Z390m gaming edge. I’ll run tests to check stability. Edit: I set trtp to 12 and tWR to 24.

It's common practice to leave tWTR_L and tWTR_S on auto and use tRDWR_sg and tRDWR_dg to control them since they are linked together. Lowering the tRDWR timings will automatically lower the tWTR timings. It's an AMD thing. You can disregard that. Cool!
