It should work for the 7600, but I wouldn't recommend using top-of-the-line chips inside it. The board is quite constrained—so limited in features that it lacks PBO support and feels more like an A620 than a B650. If you can return it to get a better model, do so.
It's understandable to feel concerned, but your RX 7800xt should work fine without any problems.
Sure, if getting back is tough, you won't run into problems just by running a 7600 without PBO. The main point is that swapping it for something like a B650M-HDV or DS3H at the same cost would likely be a good idea. Also, the motherboard doesn't really affect the GPU performance.
