The MB fails to boot when Xmp profile is enabled. The RAMs (CMK32GX4M2B3200C16) rated at 3200 appear to contain Samsung B-die, which seems acceptable for Ryzen according to some sources. According to the RAM read, they can achieve good timings at 3200. Attached screen shows possible recommendations? Please let me know how you should configure the SOC and VDD voltage since only offset settings are visible. You can find a full BIOS overview here: Gigabyte X470 Ultra Gaming (similar to Gaming 5). What offset values would work best? I used both F42 and F50 bios-es, but F50 freezes during Ryzen Master startup. Thanks for your help!

The version number listed is 3200C16, which is not typical for Samsung B-die models.

Have you explored the XMP profile or looked at the timing settings from Ryzen Master? I faced the same issue too, using XMP with auto-detected DRAM voltage. You might want to adjust the voltage manually to 1.35 or 1.4 and test it. Also consider setting the frequency to 2933, which is the officially supported value for Gen 2.

It appears the base frequency is correct (DRAM should be 1600MHz if set to 3200MHz). You asked if the X.M.P. was configured in BIOS as Profile1 rather than disabled. Navigate to M.I.T. in the upper left, then Advanced Frequency Settings under the first menu. Select Extreme Memory Profile and set it to Profile1. Save and exit. When prompted, confirm the changes. The system should restart, and CPU-Z will show the DRAM frequency at 1600MHz (3200MHz as well). Please let me know your name so I can reference that.

It doesn't look promising for the Ryzen 3rd generation model either. Did you at least get through the boot process with XMP enabled? It seems the BIOS resets the system, so trying the SOC voltage might be worth a shot.
