You're thinking about pairing an A520M with an R5 5600X and your RTX 3060 within a $250 budget. It could work, but make sure the components fit your needs and budget. Check compatibility specs and consider performance expectations. No major mistakes in phrasing, but double-check pricing details.

It would be fine, though not the best choice. A520 boards are designed mainly for Ryzen 3 and Athlon chips, not top-end Ryzen processors. These boards don’t support overclocking and offer fewer features and connectivity than B and X series models. I believe a B550 or X570 board would work better. Which region are you located in, and do you have access to B or X series options?

Would be a ASUS B450-F be a good choice? Here (In argentina) There is no stock for the B550, And the X570 is waaay over budget (200 US Dollars without CPU). Right now the best thing I can buy is a ASUS B450-F Also I'm not looking into overclocking nor having super fancy features that a 300 US Dollar mobo would have 2nd edit: Found out that budget is now 320 US Dollars instead of 250

For me, the B450-F is a better choice unless it's significantly pricier, since it offers four RAM slots for future upgrades and improved rear I/O, including more USB ports and similar features.

A few stores now have fresh inventory, letting you compare the ASUS X570-P and the GIGABYTE B550 GAMING X V2 at the same cost. It looks like the B550 might offer better value, but which one fits your needs? Thanks for asking.

Edit: The B550 stock has ended, so it’s worth checking if the X570-P is still a solid option.

The X570-P is a solid option. You'll likely enjoy it, and it makes a reasonable decision for a 5600X.
