My steelseries prime is experiencing intermittent disconnections, regardless of whether it's idle or running a game. As long as I have the engine installed, the drivers should be current. I've attempted to mix the ports, but only my mouse seems to have this problem. Any suggestions on what to try?

How long have you been utilizing this? Is it a Bluetooth device? Any disruptions if it's wireless, or is there an issue with the hardware?

I will try another option for a few days, if it doesn't work then I assume my main is broken
