The gaming experience is problematic.
I've noticed that countless users report consistently achieving over 90 frames per second on ultra settings, resulting in a remarkably smooth experience at my 144Hz monitor. However, when I utilize my 144Hz display and reduce the frame rate below 130, it becomes noticeably unpleasant – a distracting and erratic experience. Some have suggested limiting my FPS to match my average, approximately 110, which has improved frame times significantly. Nevertheless, the resulting image remains surprisingly jittery and almost unplayable. I’m unsure whether this issue stems from my monitor or my PC configuration. I urgently require assistance and guidance on how to resolve this problem.

It appears a problem may stem from an elevated refresh rate. You possess a monitor compatible with AMD graphics cards (Freesync) and an Nvidia GPU (which works well with Gsync monitors). Fundamentally, the methods for synchronizing a graphics card’s output frame rate with a display’s refresh rate are two separate systems.
More recently, Nvidia has incorporated compatibility for certain Freesync monitors to integrate with its Gsync technology. The monitor’s specifications indicate it is “GeForce Driver G-Sync Enable Ready.” Investigate this feature further and attempt to activate G-Sync, observing whether it resolves the issue.
