Hey there! After the update, I noticed some unusual FPS fluctuations and instability. About two weeks ago, I was consistently seeing around 300 FPS across all maps, with only minor drops to 270-280 in certain open areas. I've never experienced anything near 120 FPS before. The drivers are up to date, and everything functions normally in Doom where my usual FPS is stable. Could anyone help me out? Thanks ahead! P.S. I checked the cache and set -threads 4 in CSGO's startup options, but it didn't make a difference.

Did you use these settings? -cpuCount=4 -exThreads=3

It should be set to -exThreads=4 because you have 4 cores and 4 threads available.

It starts at zero, counting upward. Unless your processor is an i7, you're likely at seven.

My i5 model requires setting -exThreads=5 for optimal performance.

Likely only due to the latest update. Each time they release a new version, some users notice their performance drops. Unless there are other changes, it probably comes down to CS:GO, and launch settings won't solve the issue.

Don't pay attention to Nena's advice about lunch choices. If you're using Windows 10, disable the Windows DVR by opening the Xbox app settings.

Reduce shadows and shaders to lessen CPU strain.
