Hello everyone!
I recently assembled a new PC and it’s performing well overall, especially during gaming. However, when multitasking while playing Borderlands 3, things slow down significantly. My experience was streaming on Discord for a friend, and they mentioned it looked like a PowerPoint presentation. On my end, everything runs smoothly—no lag, stable FPS, and consistent performance even at high graphics settings. Even lowering the settings didn’t affect things.

In another case, when I played Borderlands 3 without streaming, I noticed a major slowdown from Google’s service. It seemed like my typing speed dropped to about one word per minute due to an unusual delay.

I’ve tried several fixes:
- Disabled hardware acceleration on Google, Discord, and my PC.
- Reinstalled GPU drivers (without using DDU).
- Installed CPU drivers from AMD.
- Updated the BIOS.
- Used NVIDIA profile inspector to switch single performance to multi-display mode.

I’m still puzzled about these issues and hope someone here can help with possible solutions. Thank you for your attention.

I looked into my WiFi speeds and saw a download of 337.58 Mbps and an upload of 10.9 Mbps according to Ookla. Still, I’m experiencing this "slow down" when multitasking, like when trying to check the task manager.

Not enough cores to handle all the simultaneous tasks.
